Bob Wegner – Changing of the Guard

Mr. Wegner’s virtuosic repertoire knows no boundaries. Long since in the making, his debut LP has arrived with multiple guitar styles, such as raga, prog, traditional Spanish folk and ragtime. Played with not only 6 and 12-stringed instruments, however, Bob also displays his chops on instruments as disparate as the merlin and bouzouki. His resume as musician, songwriter, and arranger go back over two decades, and his long partnership with Brian May as a member of May’s chosen “We Will Rock You” ensemble is no mistake.
